ENGA® develops and provides solutions for a new manufacturing era with a responsible use of resources and materials. Therefore, we collaborate with our partners and are committed to closing the loop, towards circular and regenerative economy.

#TIDE OCEAN MATERIAL® - rPET

ENGA® collaborates with #tide ocean material® and uses their ocean-bound recycled plastics. For example, our 3D printers at ENGA are fed with the #tide ocean material recycled PET filament. It contains 50% ocean-bound recycled PET, and 50% industrial multilayer recycled PET-G. Other material and processes are in current development.

SMART MATERIALS 3D - SMARTFIL®

Smart Materials 3D, our partner located in Alcalá la Real, Spain, specializes in the production of biodegradable materials using recycled resources. They conserve resources by utilizing and recycling waste, thus reducing their impact on the environment. The polymer base is derived from sugarcane and forms a 100% oil-free plastic. This base, for example, is then combined with waste from olive stones and further processed into 3D printing filament.
